Born in Stockholm, Sweden in 1973, Doğan Tarhan began his education in Sweden and completed his primary schooling there. He later graduated from Çavuşoğlu College in Türkiye.
He completed his university education at Kocaeli University's Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration, graduating top of his faculty. He earned a thesis-based master's degree in "Global Marketing and Brand Management" from Istanbul Commerce University, where he is currently pursuing a PhD in International Trade.
Over a 25-year professional career, he held senior management positions at Turkish and international retail brands operating in Türkiye, the USA, Qatar and Belgium. This international experience in strategy, operations, brand management and people development forms the foundation of the coaching approach he applies today.
Completed his primary education in Sweden. From an early age, he gained an international perspective shaped by both Turkish and Scandinavian culture.
His motorcycle journey began with his first riding training in Sweden, growing since then into more than 30 years of active riding experience. He came to see riding not merely as a technical skill, but through the lens of awareness, risk management and continuous development.
Held senior management positions at Turkish and international retail brands operating in Türkiye, the USA, Qatar and Belgium. 25+ years of experience in strategy, operations and people development.
Earned a thesis-based master's degree in "Global Marketing and Brand Management" from Istanbul Commerce University.
Currently pursuing a PhD in International Trade at Istanbul Commerce University.

The perspective on human development he gained throughout his management career is reflected directly in his motorcycle coaching: every individual has a different learning pace, different habits and different strengths. The coaching process should be shaped accordingly.
